Bonfire Night 2012: Report
I will update this as soon as possible- right now we are clearing the field and stowing everything ready for the next event...
A great big thank you to everyone who attended last night. And of course; thanks to all the helpers.

Bonfire Night 2012
The 2012 Bonfire Night will be on Friday 2 November
Gates open at 6:30pm and food will be available all evening
Guy judging will be at 7:15 followed by lighting of the bonfire by the winner at 7:30
Then the fantastic firework display will start- see last year's photos (below) to get an idea of what is in store!
Entry prices have been held to help families as much as we can: Adults £4 Children £2... BUT
TWO CHILDREN GET IN FREE IF THEY BRING A GUY!
Food from the marquee will include:
Burgers £3
Hot Dogs £3
Cheese 50p extra
Onions free
Baked potato with butter £1.50
Extras- Beans 50p Cheese 50p
Drinks 50p each- Soup Coffee Tea Cans
We look forward to you joining us for what is sure to be another brilliant event!
If you have not been before you will find us in Fairchilds Meadows at the bottom of Chewells Lane
There is no parking there- most people walk from their home, but if you are coming a long way you can park on The Ramparts near Chewells Lane, or Church Lane and follow Merricks Lane (Bring a torch!)
Please Note: Our insurance stipulates No Personal Fireworks and as the field is also used for grazing, we cannot allow sparklers. Pets cannot be admitted.
